It's a beautiful unit.I've had no problem with it maybe only time will tell.Water tastes great I followed the instructions pertaining to dispensing and disposing of at least one quart of water prior to drinking any water.Very happy with PRIMO Model# 900129A.Easy to load the bottles compared to top loading of which I had problems with as I'm a female senior citizen.
