I bought one of their service plans for some very nice headphones.Short story: even though it says they would cover "normal wear and tear", when the headphones broke, they said they were only an extension of the manufacturer's warranty and as the manufacturer only covered defects, that's all they would.I would never buy this again.If there are defects, it usually happens soon after you buy something.The whole point of add-on warranty is to cover you in case it breaks while you're using it.
