the install was pretty easy. it's a little plastic-y for my taste hence the one star markdown.most people can't figure out how to turn it on for some reason. (uh, turn the handle a few inches?) ... very simple. very elegant looking.
i wish the part that holds the faucet to the counter was not so plastic! ... you can't get it tight ... so it moves around quite a bit. ... and if you tighten it down, it will break. (i didn't do that but you can see it will easily strip or break.)
it comes with a black and white part so it should work with many types of counter tops.
i got the brushed which looks good with my stainless steel faucet/sink. ... and it makes the jupiter so much nicer to own. (after you turn off the "melody" it chimes when it turns on! ... argh. that lasted all of 30 minutes before i muted that "feature")
